Achieving your goals isn’t always easy and doing it alone can feel next to impossible.
The simple approach of eating within your specific daily macronutrient targets is where I begin all of my clients. Educating clients on how to eat vs telling them what to eat allows for them to maintain long term results. This non- restrictive approach allows the flexibility to eat foods that are not foreign to you which in turn helps with sustainability.
INDIVIDUALIZED FRAMEWORK & ANALYSIS
Most diet and fitness goals focus on weight loss or gain, overlooking that two people of the same body weight may look completely different from one another because they have different body compositions. Measuring your body composition will tell you your own body’s unique makeup and help identify areas to work on to improve your overall health and wellness.
You will receive an InBody body composition analysis and consultation regarding the data. After our initial meeting and review of your data, lifestyle and goals you will be provided with daily intake targets in the form of macronutrients (protein, carbohydrate and fat). You will receive instruction on how to keep a tracking diary and utilize apps like MyFitness Pal. You will receive a sample meal plan created specifically for your target goals which will include nutrient dense foods. The sample plan will help you set up the framework of how your days could look and allow you to add variety based on your comfort level. Weekly check-ins via email will include a review or your diary, suggestions for improvement and necessary changes based on bodily responses and feedback.
PREMIER ACCOUNTABILITY & ENGAGEMENT
When we are being observed and we know we are being held accountable for our actions, we are more likely to follow guidelines and perform our best- it’s human nature. Our actions and choices become more conscious in light of observance from a third party. My goal is to be this third party and a motivating force in your life.
On top of weekly check-ins clients will have the option to meet in person or virtually once per month and will also receive an Inbody every 12 weeks to further analyze progress. It is at these meetings and check ins that we will dig in and figure out how to improve your nutrition in relation to your lifestyle. For example we will discuss meal planning and preparation, eating out, grocery shopping & go to items and create sample days that will guide you through the program and create long lasting habits.
